Claudia Weber's Firewalk Team
Elizabeth Sanford - Firewalk Coordinator. Elizabeth is in charge when Claudia is unavailable. Elizabeth helps oversee the entire staff with Claudia, and monitors everything before, during and after the "Ignite your Spirit" Empowerment Seminars & Firewalks. Elizabeth is equipped with radio communication at all times with the Fire-Tenders outside at the Firewalk fire, while she is inside at the Empowerment Seminar overseeing everything. Elizabeth's most important job...is taking care of Claudia. Elizabeth also assists Claudia on "Ignite your Spirit" business matters, and she assists businesses, charities and corporations with their upcoming firewalk needs.
Justin May - Lead Fire-Tender. Justin has been personally trained by Claudia Weber herself, in handling the Firewalk Fire from beginning to end, and this is his #1 responsibility. Justin has proven to be highly skilled at building the best Firewalk fires...even in difficult weather conditions.  Justin makes sure that the red hot coals are at the temperature Claudia desires them to be at, which is between 800-1200 degrees F, and he is in charge of all fire prevention & safety, as well as making sure that all spectators are kept clear of the fire, and that the location of the fire is in the safest location. Justin thinks quickly and responds quickly to prevent problems before they rise.
Seth Bruce - Fire-Tender. Seth has been personally trained by Claudia Weber to handle the Firewalk Fire from beginning to end. Seth is also highly skilled at building the best Firewalk fires, and has proven to be very creative is coming up with solutions to difficult problems, especially in regards to starting & maintaining the Firewalk fires during difficult weather conditions. Seth is exceptional at prepping the red hot coals and getting them ready for the participants to walk on them. Seth assists Justin in fire prevention & safety, and makes sure that all spectators are kept clear at all times of the Firewalk fire.


Marybeth Allen - Registration and Sales. Marybeth is usually the first person you will see when you arrive. She gets all the participants registered as they walk in, and makes sure that everyone signs the "release form" before they are allowed into the building for the Empowerment Seminar. She also collects any money due for last minute sign-up's of participants, and assists people with their selection of "Ignite your Spirit" Firewalk t-shirts, sweatshirts etc.
Ryan Velsey - Professional Videographer. Ryan video records the "Ignite your Spirit" Empowerment Seminars & Firewalks and is a great asset to the team. Ryan is the one who takes Claudia's music choices and idea's, and makes Claudia's Youtube Firewalk videos. Ryan is highly skilled, professional and fits in beautifully with the staff.
